Refills & transfers

How do I refill a prescription?

Use our embedded refill form or call 423-942-2535. Every online form also has a new-tab option.

Can I transfer just one prescription?

Yes—call our team to transfer one medication. The online transfer form moves your entire prescription profile.

How do I receive pickup text notifications?

Ask a member of our pharmacy staff to help you sign up. Notifications let you know when your prescription has been checked and is ready for pickup.

What is Med-Sync?

Med-Sync coordinates your regular prescription refill dates so they fall on the same day each month.

What are EZ Packs?

EZ Packs organize medications into convenient pouches to help you manage your daily doses. Ask our team whether this service fits your routine.

Do you offer flu shots and other immunizations?

Yes. Call to check available vaccines, timing, and coverage. Organizations can also ask about on-site vaccine clinics.

Can I pick up compounded medication at Jasper?

Our sister store, Access Family Pharmacy, prepares compounded medications for pickup at Jasper Drugs. Call our team to discuss arrangements.

Can you order home medical supplies?

Ask us about your specific equipment or supply. If we do not stock it, we may be able to order it or arrange it through Access Family Pharmacy.

When are you open?

Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm; Saturday, 8 am–1 pm; closed Sunday. All hours are Central Time. Holiday hours may vary.

Is curbside pickup available?

Yes. Curbside pickup and drop-off are available. Call 423-942-2535 when you arrive.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept all major insurance plans. Call to check your specific plan, prescription coverage, or out-of-pocket price.

Where can I find the return policy?
